"Each of us has been
raised by our mothers and grandmothers. Through their guiding hands and
hearts, their stories and good example, we are who we are. The little
things
they gave us sometimes are only missed when they pass away. That is why
it is so important to honor their stories and crafts, their songs and
poems, and hold dear their examples of good works." - - Larry
Syzdek, Executive Director BCN
